Base PricesEach commission consists of multiple steps: sketching, lining, coloring, and shading. Prices increase as more steps are completed.For example, a sketched and colored commission (skipping the lining step) will cost less than a fully lined, colored, and shaded piece.Note: While lines and colors are optional, the piece must always start with a sketch. The shading progresses step by step (minimal shading → cell shading → rendered), so skipping shading steps is not allowed. 1. General InformationI create digital artwork only.(sketches may be done traditionally (on paper) if requested or if nessesarry for the process.)I reserve the right to decline commissions that I am uncomfortable with, including but not limited to NSFW, or copyrighted characters without permission.-2. Payment TermsPayments are made through PayPal.For commissions that include colouring or higher, 50% of the payment is required upfront before lining (after the sketch). The remaining balance is due upon completion.Refunds are not available once payment is made, as this signifies approval to continue with the commission.-3. Work-in-Progress (WIP) UpdatesWIPs will automatically be provided daily to keep the client updated (e.g. every evening in my timezone). However, upon request, WIPs can be sent less frequently (e.g. at the sketch, line art, and flat color stages etc). Or if you’d like more frequent updates (e.g. whenever requested) that can be arranged as well, please let me know which one you want at the start of the commission.
-4. RevisionsSketch Phase: only 1–2 revisions allowed unless stated otherwise. (this is when major revisions are easiest and least disruptive).Lining and Coloring: Only minor revisions allowed (e.g., fixing line thickness or adjusting colors).Final Render: No revisions allowed unless there’s an obvious mistake.Major changes after sketch approval may incur additional fees.-5. Deadlines and Turnaround TimesTurnaround times vary by Commission type and complexity. Estimates will be provided during the initial discussion.-6. Copyright and Usage RightsI retain the copyright to all artwork I create. Clients are granted specific usage rights (e.g., personal use) unless otherwise agreed upon. Commercial rights must be purchased separately.If the artwork is intended for commercial purposes (e.g., merchandise, promotional material, or mass production), additional fees will apply. Commercial fees are typically double the base price, but exact costs will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.Do not under any circumstance use my art (comissioned or not) for AI generating or training.-7. Cancellations and RefundsIf a commission is paid and then canceled before sketching begins or in the early stages of the sketching process, a full refund will be provided.No refunds are available once the sketch has been approved.-8. Final DeliveryClients will receive a high-resolution digital file (PNG or if requested JPEG). layered files are not included unless explicitly agreed upon.-10. Prohibited BehaviorHarassment or threats toward the artist.Excessive demands or repeated changes that go beyond the agreed-upon revisions.Disrespectful or offensive language.Clients who refuse to pay for completed work will be blacklisted from future commissions.
